Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase MLL3

It belongs to the MLL family of proteins. MLL3 gene is frequently either mutated or deleted in primary breast cancer, colon cancer and myeloid leukaemia. Also required for H3K4 trimethylation (PMID: 21116761, PMID: 20126641, PMID: 11891048, PMID: 17500065).
